- All GTN Members must agree to provide requested information to prove that their company is fully operational and established.
- All GTN Members must provide a safe and reliable service.All payment terms must be agreed mutually between the Tour Operator and the Customer.
- GTN Members must respond to all sales lead requests and communications within 24 hours.
- All Members must respect the nature of confidentiality involved in all client/business relationships.
- All new GTN Members are subject to a provisional period of 6 months Membership in order for GTN Management to gauge their suitability as a Member of the GTN network.
- All GTN Members must specify whether they can offer a full range of tours, or whether they just specialise in one.
- In the event of expulsion, due to non-compliance with the GTN Code of Ethics, annual fees will not be refunded.
- Members may leave GTN at any time. Fees will not be refunded.
- GTN Membership will be terminated under the following conditions:
- The GTN Head Office believes the GTN Member is not able to fully offer a satisfactory service.
- The Member has stated they can provide services which they cannot fulfil.
- GTN Head Office receives a notice of resignation.
- The GTN Member does not adhere to the GTN Code of Ethics.
- The GTN Managing Director has the authority to terminate Membership at their discretion.
- Members must refrain from using the GTN logo once Membership is terminated.
- GTN cannot be held responsible and does not accept any financial liability for commercial and/or financial obligations that are not met by (a) GTN Member(s).
- The GTN Director may add to the GTN Code of Ethics at any time.
Governing Law:
The Membership Rules, Code of Conduct, your use of the website www.GlobalTourNetwork.com and any other information are governed by the Laws of England. By using www.GlobalTourNetwork.com you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the Membership Rules, Code of Conduct, your use of the website www.GlobalTourNetwork.com and any other information.
